Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Business to lead our business development and sales efforts across the full customer lifecycle. This senior leadership role drives sustainable growth and shapes how our platform delivers value across agriculture, construction, and defense markets. Your main tasks are:
Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle: business development, sales, deal closure, renewals, and account management.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, operators, and key stakeholders in the off-road autonomy space.
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team across business development, sales, and product marketing.
Shape the product roadmap in collaboration with platform engineering. Match market needs with technical capabilities to build value-driven offerings.
Design and refine business models and pricing strategies for dynamic markets.
Build deep understanding of market dynamics and competitors to inform strategy and positioning.
Align commercial initiatives with company vision, budgets, and timelines.
Your Background
5+ years in business development and sales within the deep tech industry.
Proven track record in designing and executing repeatable sales workflows for complex, deep-tech, enterprise-grade products.
Demonstrated ability to scale revenue from early traction to significant growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to navigate complex and high-stakes discussions empathetically and effectively.
Experienced in building and leading high-performance, results-driven teams.
Willingness and flexibility to travel on short notice based on business needs.
Strong technical acumen — comfortable engaging in AI, software, and autonomy-related discussions.
Experience with defense procurement is a plus.

Your Role
We are seeking a Head of System Architecture & Infrastructure to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the technical backbone for our autonomous systems. A core responsibility for this role is to define and implement a comprehensive safety concept for the software platform, ensuring robust, reliable, and safe operation and work towards relevant safety certifications.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for software system architecture, software performance benchmarking, and infrastructure. As driveblocks is a fast-moving, dynamic environment, the role requires regular hands-on work.
Must-Have Qualifications
System Architecture & Safety Leadership – Minimum 3 years of experience designing and leading software platform architectures for complex, multi-component systems in safety-critical applications using modern C++.
Hands-On Infrastructure Expertise – Proven track record of building scalable software infrastructure, including establishing performance benchmarking frameworks, automated monitoring, or reliability metrics for production systems.
Safety-Critical Mindset – Demonstrated experience applying software safety principles in practice, such as fault-tolerant system design, formal verification, or runtime monitoring, with improvements in system robustness/safety compliance.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or real-time control systems.
Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 13849, or equivalent) and experience in implementing safety processes that passed audits/certification.
Hands-on experience designing CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, or automated software release processes, with measurable improvements in release speed, test coverage, or production stability.

Your Role
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to deploy the driveblocks off-road autonomy stack to target compute systems and vehicles. A core responsibility of this role is to apply, monitor, and benchmark the driveblocks software in customer and internal vehicle platforms to achieve maximum performance.
As a solution engineer, you are responsible for the full journey of our customers – from drafting the first technical concept to configuring, testing and deploying the software. You ensure that the driveblocks software meets the application requirements in an embedded, real time-critical environment. You ensure high performance and quality through system simulations and software component testing on-site under real-world conditions.
Must-Have Qualifications
Hands-on expertise in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or real-time embedded systems, with strong coding skills in C and C++.
Experience with dockerized deployments and Linux-based operating systems.
Strong analytical skills to quickly understand customer requirements, debug application software, and familiarize with new vehicle and deployment platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with complex technical challenges and requirements.
Strong team-player and the ability to communicate complex technology in a clear and straight-forward way to match customer and project expectations.
Willingness to travel on short notice to support customer pilots and deployments.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Familiarity with ROS2, Apex.Grace, or micro-ROS.
Familiarity with edge accelerators.
Experience with modern software engineering tools, including version control, continuous integration and testing as well as cloud-based development processes.
Degree in computer science, informatics, engineering or related (Bachelor, Master, or PhD).
